Collection: Ursula Thistle Cowl Collection

The Ursula Thistle Cowl by Jennifer Tipton

This is a two-colored, two-skein design in my worsted-weight yarn. It’s a very easy knit and can be modified to make it wider or longer if the knitter prefers.

The stitches and shape were inspired by the thistle, which grows in a textured spiral. It’s a rugged and resilient plant that was often carried as a protective charm throughout history.

Some other great features:
1) non-gendered garment
2) easy but not boring
3) three-season accessory (fall, winter, spring)
