Service and Prices
Yarn prices are subject to change at any time. Wool and dye prices fluctuate unexpectedly depending on availability and milling service prices.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


Returns or Exchanges

Please reach out to me if you are unhappy with your shipment. Was it damaged or did you receive the wrong item? I want you to love your Wool & Palette purchase and I will work with you to make your next project a success. I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Yarn that is unwound or caked is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Payment will be refunded through the method that you paid after the returned item is received in good condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, as shipping charges are non-refundable. For questions or exceptions please email info@woolandpalette.com.


Shipping

Typically, yarn will ship within 3-6 days of when your order was placed.

I ship to the U.S. and Canada. Shipments to the U.S. are delivered via USPS. For Canada, I offer 2 options, DHL and USPS International First Class. Once USPS packages reach the border they are no longer able to be tracked as Canada Post assumes the responsibility of delivery. Any extra customs fees that may accrue are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once orders have been shipped, they are the customer's responsibility. I am not liable for lost packages. If your package was lost please contact USPS or DHL directly to resolve the issue. If your package was stolen, please know that is not the responsibility of Wool & Palette or the package carrier. To outsmart porch thieves, track and monitor shipments closely. If you chose first class mail in your shipment instructions, know that USPS does not always offer insurance for this option. If you prefer to insure the shipment, I advise that you choose priority mail if shipping domestically.

I use recyclable packaging materials. Please recycle and reuse these products.
